By using Mathenge Mobiles, you agree to our terms covering purchases, returns, and responsible use of our services.

Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received and verified. We do not offer installment plans at this time.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item as outlined in our policies.

We do not accept trade-ins. All devices are sold as brand new units.

Deliveries are currently limited to Nairobi. We are expanding to other regions soon.
