Delivery schedule.

We dispatch phones every Monday and Thursday. Lead time is approximately 3 days from dispatch. For now, delivery is limited to Nairobi only.

Weekly dispatches

Dubai → Nairobi flights go out every Monday and Thursday. Expect delivery about 3 days after dispatch, then same-day/next-day within Nairobi.

Packaging

Devices ship in protective packaging with serial verification and sealed accessories.

Example timelines

Order Sunday → dispatch Monday → Nairobi arrival Thursday → delivery Thursday/Friday.
Order Tuesday → dispatch Thursday → Nairobi arrival Sunday → delivery Monday.
Order Friday → dispatch Monday → Nairobi arrival Thursday → delivery Thursday/Friday.

No trade-ins

We do not accept trade-ins. All devices are brand new.
